Area Support Manager- Scotland (Preferred location Aberdeen/Dundee/East Coast but all other locations considered)

MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE SECURITY INDUSTRY AND HOLD A VALID SIA LICENCE. FULL DRIVING LICENCE AND OWN VEHICLE ESSENTIAL.
50hrs per week (including weekends).

Working a minimum of 3 shifts (billable to client) in a flagship store, ensuring operational requirements and service level agreements are met through all aspects of the Security, as well as supporting local stores in the area.
Ensure quality standards are maintained and health & safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
Develop beneficial relationships with clients, Lodge staff, Area Manager, and Regional Manager.
Attend client meetings where necessary, complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Expect a balance of being customer facing, whilst also working with the client and Area Manager in order to carry out the role effectively.
To work closely with the Area Manager and Regional Manager to enhance the Area standards.
Generate new business leads through local knowledge and relationship building.
Support the Area Manager to ensure all contracted hours are met in the Area.
Cover Area Manager days off and holidays.
Conduct schedules (minimum of 4 weeks) and put onto People Hours.
Cover sickness, absence, holidays, and update on People Hours.
Conduct Lodgic:Live welfare visits, & site visits
Support Area Manager with recruitment and hold interviews & recruitment days (when needed).
Support Area Manager with investigations, disciplinary, and appraisals.
Support out of hours and conduct random night visits (where required).
Conduct any other tasks as requested by Area Manager.
