Role Summary
The Lodge Service Technical Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations of our business. This key position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to both our clients and engineers, enabling the smooth installation and servicing of CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems. The ideal candidate will be the linchpin of our operational efficiency, ensuring seamless communication between our technical teams and clients while maintaining the high standards that Lodge Service Technical is known for.
This role is 24 hours per week, with flexibility on the days and hours worked. There is also potential for this role to be hybrid once internal training has been completed.
Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee administration tasks
• Communicate with clients and engineers by phone and email responding and dealing with general enquiries
• Help co-ordinate purchase of stock and stationary
• Allocate engineers to the work schedule
• Providing reporting – sales and operational activity
Essential Skills
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective problem-solving capabilities
• Collaborative team player
• IT skills – ability to learn to use internal computer systems and databases
Desirable (but not required) Qualifications
• Previous experience working within an administration role.
• Previous experience as the administrator for company systems and databases
• Background in the security industry
